Participants arriving via private transportation will begin housing check in and conference registration at Wolf Village building G.

4:00PM Tuesday

The ES2007 conference will be providing arrival organization and transportation at RDU airport. We will place one person in terminal A and one person in terminal C. These people will be located near the information desk with a plackard labled "ES07".

5:00PM Tuesday

First bus will arrive at terminal A for passenger pickup. After passengers have been loaded the bus will proceed to terminal C.

5:15PM Tuesday

First bus will arrive at terminal C for passenger pickup.

5:30PM Tuesday

After passengers have been loaded the bus will depart for Wolf Village for housing check in and conference registration.

6:00PM Tuesday

Conference reception will begin at Wolf Village.

7:00PM Tuesday

Second (and final) bus will arrive at terminal A for passenger pickup. After passengers have been loaded the bus will proceed to terminal C.

7:15PM Tuesday

Second (and final) bus will arrive at terminal C for passenger pickup. Organization person departs terminal A.

7:30PM Tuesday

After passengers have been loaded the bus will proceed to Wolf Village for housing check in and conference registration. Organization person departs terminal C.

9:00PM Tuesday

Conference reception will end.

10:00PM Tuesday

Regularly scheduled check in at Wolf Village will be closed.
