REGISTRATION INFORMATION

We ask all participants - including invited speakers - to register prior to the workshop. The regular registration deadline is May 15 (extended from May 10), but late registration will be accepted up to May 25 on space-available basis. Early registration is encouraged, since workshop space is limited.

HOUSING

Most of participants will stay in Wolf Village, a new residential complex on NC State's campus. Wolf Village is about 14 miles away from Raleigh-Durham Airport (RDU) and features modern, air-conditioned apartments consisting of four single bedrooms per apartment, a living room, a full kitchen and two bathrooms. High-speed internet access will be provided. The Wolf Village is across the street from the McKimmon Center, where most of the sessions will be held.

Alternatively, out-of-town participants can stay in the Holiday Inn Brownstone hotel at their own expense. They should then register for the "without housing" option and book the hotel room directly at 1-800-331-7919 or www.brownstonehotel.com quoting group code ES2 for the discounted rate of $79 per night. The Brownstone is about 2 miles from the McKimmon Center, but rides will be arranged.

REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes breakfasts, lunches, and breaks during the conference, a welcome reception on Tuesday June 12 and a banquet dinner on Thursday June 14.

Registration fee incl. single bedroom in Wolf Village: $275 (before May 10) $300 (after May 15)

Registration fee without housing: $150 (before May 15) $175 (after May 15)

Registration fee for invited speakers is waived.
